All fees include local VAT 21%
- Day rate 400 EUR will be available onsite only.
- Included in the registration fee: Welcome Reception 12th September 2019 and Networking event 13th September 2019.
Methods of payment
All payments are in Euro (€) and the full amount must be received before the corresponding deadline.
Accepted credit cards are: Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
Payment by credit card is preferred.
Alternatively, direct bank transfer, please find the bank details from the registration payment processes page.
In order to facilitate easy processing, please indicate your registration number in your remittance(s).
Confirmation of Registration
We will send you a final confirmation of your registration by email once your payment has been received.
Any replacement (i.e. change of participant’s name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 100 EUR administration fee per participant.
Cancellation & refund
All cancellations are subject to a 100 EUR administration fee per participant. The deadline to receive the cancellation request is 10 July 2019. Cancellation requests after this date are not refunded.
Italian Accreditation ‘Prerichiesta AIFA’
The IPCAA-Italia Association has been appointed to manage the legal documentation required by Italian Legislative Order n.541 of December 30, 1992, art 12, Para 3.
